As a Client Planning Manager, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations, and solutions to and/or resolve complex issues for PBS clients, performing three sets of functions customer service management, strategic account management and requirements gathering.
Location of Position: Public Buildings Service, Client Planning Branch, Spokane, WA, Auburn, WA, or Boise, ID.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $73,375 (Spokane and Boise) or $79,570 (Auburn) per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must possess at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying knowledge in the following three functions:
Experience must include developing and providing advice to customers, collecting strategic space requirements to assist in preparation and development of customer space housing solutions and/or resolving issues for customers.
