As a IT Specialist you will, Develop fact-finding plans and coordinates work accomplished by team members. GSA’s Office of Information Technology Category (ITC) provides access to private sector IT & telecommunications solutions for federal, state & local government agencies. ITC works with federal agencies, OMB & industry to create common solutions for IT services, hardware, software, telecommunications, cyber security, & identity management. 98% of federal agencies use ITC solutions. ITC works with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy & the Office of the Federal Chief Information Office to develop & implement acquisition and technology initiatives such as strategic sourcing, category management, cloud, cyber, enterprise licensing agreements for software, desktop configurations, & data center optimization.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $114,590.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
