As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall execution, management and health of application and product management.
Location of position: Office of GSA IT, 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC. This is not a virtual position.
The Office of Public Buildings IT Services is responsible for delivering IT solutions and services supporting PBS' diverse real estate operations.

Leads small, medium and/or large agile development efforts, including gathering requirements, working with stakeholders and managing product releases throughout the development life cycle; applies analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of complex information systems with a focus on developing the strategic use of the data to drive decision making. Acts as the senior customer advocate/technical account manager and will acquire a full understanding of mission critical IT needs, budget constraints, risk factors, business and political pressures, and performance requirements. Translates unique customer IT requirements into innovative, integrated, workable solutions. Ensures technology applications in use and/or being proposed address both current and future business requirements and recommends how to apply, extend, enhance or optimize the existing IT systems, programs or services. Maintains business relationship with vendors and acts as the liaison between stakeholders to resolve issues of workmanship, quality, timely delivery and/or nondelivery, and adherence to established schedules and quality.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $114,590.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.

IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies AND one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service as described below:
IT SPECIALIST COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is defined as experience managing and leading IT applications for real estate organizations with a large building portfolio with monthly billing comparable to the size and complexity of the Public Buildings Services (over 1500+ owned assets totaling 183 million rentable square feet and management of over 7,400 leased assets totaling 194.9 million leased square feet).
