    About the Position:

    This position is located at QI/RM/Patient Advocacy Center, Fort Meade, MD.

    This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend, coordinate or arrange for appropriate staff members to attend, conferences and seminars addressing applicable standards as they relate to the healthcare industry.
    • Develop and implement tools that measure the organization?s compliance to the standards and resolves noncompliance issues.
    • Maintain a thorough, working knowledge of current philosophies and standards as they relate to the health care industry.
    • Ensure optimal compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements of a variety of agencies.
    • Provide ongoing educational seminars, classes, and in-services to establish the Joint Commission preparation program.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - Up to 20% Business Travel required.
