As a HR Specialist (Classification), you will perform broad technical, complex and sensitive work in the areas of classification, position management, organizational design and related areas. Works within a shared services protocol and is assigned to the National Classification Center (NCC) Team, which provides agency-wide classification, position management, organizational development and related services.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $87,252 depending upon duty station. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal service.
Specialized experience is experience applying classification principles, practices, and procedures to a wide range of classification duties and functions including all of the following:
