As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management expertise and leadership necessary to initiate many building and/ or leasing projects, some may be complex or prospectus level.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $88,107 per year for Albany, New York and $87,252 per year for Syracuse and Alexandria Bay, New York.
To qualify, you must meet the specialized experience.
Specialized experience is one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is utilizing project management practices and tools to simultaneously manage multiple complex and high risk construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment. This experience must include:
