As Branch Chief, first level supervisor and technical expert for the Pacific Rim Region, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Acquisition Management Staff, and is responsible for the overall monitoring of performance for all PBS Contracting functions and procedures and policy development required to meet the service needs and insure regulatory compliance.
