Supports multiple diverse programs that cut across all Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Lines of Business (LOB). Applies an indepth technical knowledge of the following highly classified program areas: Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) Program Management, which includes Personnel Security and Special Access Programs (SAP) Tier 1 Reviews, Physical Security - Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Construction, Maintenance, and Security Access, Communication Security and Information Security - SCI Classified Networks and continuous Intelligence Community (IC) certification; FAA’s Special Activities and Law Enforcement Support Program for Special Operations and Law Enforcement (LE); FAA Military Certification Office (AVS/AIR/AFS) and FAA budget and Reimbursable Programs. Maintains expertise on the nature and operational considerations involved in a variety of covert and clandestine operations in support of LE, military and other sensitive national security objectives impacting the Air Traffic Organization, Office of Aviation Safety, and other LOBs.
