Duties

Help
  • Conducts regular telemarketing outreach to solicit local retail accounts under the guidance of account executives and the advertising director. Actively sells advertising solutions to and maintains a dedicated core account base of local advertisers.
  • Schedules daily and run-of-paper (ROP) display advertising into the Gadgets operational system. Coordinates insertion workflows and verifies ad placements to ensure timely, accurate execution in accordance with client agreements and specifications.
  • Generates tear sheet proof-of-performance packages and legal affidavits of publication for advertisers. Coordinates targeted client promotional mailings and maintains organized, compliant advertiser documentation and account filing systems.
  • Prepares sales call packages, pitch presentations, and promotional collateral to support Account Executives. Serves as the primary point of contact for directing incoming written correspondence and telephone inquiries across marketing directorates.
  • Delivers daily administrative and operational support to Account Executives and marketing leadership. Fosters positive advertiser relationships through quality customer service, clear communication, and timely execution of assigned special duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

  • Must have good writing and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision.
  • Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
  • Data entry experience required. Must be able to read andcomprehend the English language.
  • Prior telemarketing experience required.

  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
