Conduct complex financial analyses and provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Consider, solve, or recommend solutions of difficult analytical problems by forecasting the validity of estimates and balance among operating programs.
Serve as the Comptroller of record for cooperative agreements and provides technical financial advice to the Installation Manager.
Exercise full supervisory responsibility over the installation resource management office and subordinate positions.
This position requires you to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d.
Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this Financial Management Level 2 certification program.
This position requires travel up to 20% of the time.
This position is covered by the civilian drug abuse testing program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019, Condition of Employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Reviewing operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs; Analyzing department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls; Providing advice on cost analysis, fiscal allocation, or budget preparation; Assigning, reviewing, or evaluating work of others. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
