Provides general administrative, technical, and operational support in the Marketing Office. Responsible for ensuring the distribution and delivery of promotional information, materials, and documents on a weekly basis. Develops and executes a scheme for the systematic delivery of marketing products to internal and external customers. Works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to provide assistance, as needed, to the various elements of the marketing program. Determines the need for distribution of informational and promotional materials, including determining type, quantity, and suitability of products for the various locations. Assist with keeping promotional materials stocked/posted and current Assess traffic patterns and traffic flow to determine applicability of general and targeted marketing strategies. Provides visual information support by creating digital layouts for the base marquee. Provides administrative support assistance to Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator in relation to: the preparation and coordination of sponsorship and advertising contracts; assembles all contract requirements; and staffing of the sponsorship/advertiser packages to approval/signature; maintain individual files on all sponsors/advertisers and the tracking spreadsheets to ensure all required staffing and coordination is accomplished for the agreements. Gathers, monitors, and maintains data to input into the Services Agency Information System (SAIS) and complete reports about sponsorship/advertising and assist in the response to all inquiries. Assists Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator with development of the marketing plan to ensure adequate recognition of all sponsors/advertisers and ensures all aspects of the contract are within compliance. Compiles monthly marketing performance tracking based on research input and statistics provided by Marketing Assistants. Assists the photography and videography production department with transporting and setting-up/tearing-down of equipment, props, and other materials. Assist Marketing Manager with preparation of the marketing department time reporting for NAF and LN payroll for proper approval.
