The candidate must excel in both written and oral communication, capable of presenting briefings, preparing formal reports, and negotiating complex matters with management and external partners.

Ideal Candidate:
Background: Working knowledge of the launch manifesting processes from requirements generation, mission planning, to payload manifesting. Familiarity with payload processing facilities/processes.
Education: Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (Desired, not required).
Launch Acquisition / Operational Expertise: Expert knowledge of USSF space launch and range operations, particularly in manifesting, payload processing, policy, and technology.
