Serves as a technical expert in reviewing and implementing the ongoing network operations of network target architecture.
Participates in projects involving the application of digital communications techniques and common LAN technology, including base band and broadband media, switches, bridges and routers, media access protocols, and interfacing techniques.
Evaluates service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality performance measures (QPMs) annually and on an as needed basis to assess on-going applicability.
Serves as a technical liaison to other groups, ensuring effective communication of the organization’s capabilities, plans and needs.
Oversees IT and contractors’ responses to security audits and their corrective actions plans in order to meet HHS standards.
