You will evaluate current workflows, proactively eliminate administrative bottlenecks, and introduce creative process improvements to elevate the quality of training services we deliver.

  • Strategic HR Ambassador: Represent our workforce development programs in direct collaborations with other federal agencies, state and local authorities, public and private utilities, and industry groups. You will negotiate resources, build consensus on complex initiatives, and align our programs with national industry standards.

  • Curator of Cutting-Edge Educational Programs: Oversee the full lifecycle of training programs, balancing internal curriculum development with external vendor management.
