Summary

Plan work operations on a weekly or monthly basis, allocates resources, distributes work, provides data for long range schedules, and participates in planning meetings.
Serve as first-level supervisor over leaders and workers performing multi-skill maintenance on combat vehicles at various CONUS and occasional OCONUS locations.
Manage personnel actions, evaluates performance, determines training needs, schedules leave, acts as labor-management representative, enforces safety, and manages property as hand receipt holder.
Ensure high morale, provides counseling, maintains readiness for CONUS/OCONUS travel, and oversees compliance with physical, training, and certification requirements.
As required to support organizational mission and emergent workload.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
90% travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Travel Card (CTC).
May be required to pass pre-employment/deployment physicals and maintain annual physical requirements and immunizations.
