As an Enterprise Support Specialist for the CIA, you will leverage your analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented expertise to design and implement customized support solutions that enable mission success across organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in organizational management, proven problem-solving capabilities, exceptional customer service skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, effective communication, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.
You must be physically in the United States or one of its territories when you submit your resume via MyLINK.

You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age (dual-national US citizens are eligible).
You must be willing to move to the Washington, DC area.
You must successfully complete a thorough medical and psychological exam, a polygraph interview, and a comprehensive background investigation.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Project/Program Management
Business Administration
Executive Assistant/Administrative Support
Customer Service
Process Improvement
Resource Management
Contract Management
Communications
International Studies
Experience using information technology tools, e.g., Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, etc
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet competing deadlines
Promote and practice the highest standards of professional conduct
Be able to demonstrate:
Initiative
Agility
Customer service skills
Effective communication
Critical thinking skills
Organizational skills
Interpersonal effectiveness; ability to work as part of a team and independently
Equivalent federal government or military experience
Four (4) or more years of administrative/office experience
Education
Associates degree
At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale is preferred, but exceptions are made for extenuating circumstance
