Duties

Help
  • Serves as the Senior Analyst and Theater lead responsible for a variety of complex manpower management functions pertaining to 311TH Signal Command Augmentation Table of Distribution and Allowance manpower resources.
  • Analyzes the Manpower Addendum to the Program Budget Guidance to determine total 311TH SC AUGTDA manpower resources available for distribution by fiscal year.
  • Provides technical advice on matters concerning AUGTDA authorizations, the interpretation and application of HQDA regulations, directives and instructions.
  • Serves as a point of contact in coordinating and/or resolving AUGTDA force structure issues within the headquarters, with other MACOMs and between 311TH SC and senior and subordinate commands.
  • Develops timelines and monitors suspense to ensure timely completion of actions.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, T3.
  • TDY may be required up to 10%.
  • This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act 2012. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
  • The incumbent must obtain Level I certification and maintain certification within two years in accordance with DTM-13-004, March 22, 2013, unless a time waiver is obtained.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. applicable experience would be demonstrated by developing fiscal year civilian and military manpower budget to achieve the mission; leading management project teams through complex actions; analyzing solutions to actions impacting the commands manpower resources within command guidance and policies; and implementing resource guidance for review of command resources to accomplish command objectives.

  • This position is being filled at the GG-0343-12 grade level with full performance potential to GG-0343-13. Promotion to the next grade level is at the discretion of management.
