The Information Resource Management and Technology Services Unit seeks a self-motivated Computer Systems Engineer with a strong work ethic to oversee CBO's IT (information technology) systems. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer as part of a 13-person IT shop.
The Computer Systems Engineer administers and supports CBO's enterprise IT infrastructure, including AWS cloud services, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and related technologies. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing enterprise systems, performing system administration, patching, testing, troubleshooting, conducting backup and recovery activities, resolving complex technical issues, and otherwise supporting the agency's IT infrastructure and operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience with and a good working knowledge of the following:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business information systems (preferred), IT, computer science, or a related field and at least five to seven years of experience in an IT environment that includes both cloud and server infrastructure. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
