You will perform and coordinate the maintenance of COMSEC equipment, including Secure Telephone Equipment (STEs) assigned to NAVSEA personnel
You will provide local elements with written guidance or appropriate extracts from publications and manuals necessary for the accurate and secure handling/accounting of COMSEC materials.
You will conduct training to ensure all personnel handling COMSEC material are familiar with and adhere to proper COMSEC procedures.
You will oversee the implementation of and compliance with over the air procedures.
You will conduct required inventories and destruction of COMSEC material.

You will conduct quarterly Local Management Device and Key Processor (LMD/KP) changeover.
You will resolve problems or issues concerning several phases of security policy development and implementation for programs where the work involves overlapping, conflicting, or difficult to resolve security requirements.
