Provides the necessary liaison between customer and the Grants Officer to ensure effective coordination, negotiation, advice and problem resolution.

Assigns work to subordinates and delegates authority as necessary.
Provides technical assistance, advice and instructions to subordinates on work-related problems and administrative matters.
Hears and resolves group grievances or serious employee complaints.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: This position requires one year of specialized experience directly related to the occupation equivalent at the NH-03/GS-13 Federal grade level. Specialized experience is defined as work involving: 1) Awarding or administering grants, cooperative agreements, or other transaction agreements; and 2) Resolving compliance or performance issue with award recipients; and 3) Providing grants management technical guidance to team members.
