Serves as a Cyber Planner in Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER).
Participates in the development of Operations Orders (OPORDs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), Warning Orders (WARNOs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) Warfighters
Integrates and synchronizes cyberspace operations effects with the Joint Warfighter’s plan of action.
Develops and maintains contingency and crisis action plans to support the full range of cyberspace operations.
Employs the Army Operations Process, the Joint Operations and Execution System (JOPES), and the Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) system.
Participates in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and execution of complex cyber missions.
Collaborates with cyber operators to identify and levy requirements for information, collection, analysis, and effects.
Collaborates with cyber operators, analysts, and Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation staff members to gain access and technical information to meet planning objectives.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Appointment to this position is subject to a three year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in DoDI 1400.25 V3005, Cyber Excepted Service, Employment and Placement.
Must undergo and successfully complete an initial and periodic Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with access to SCI Security clearance.
This position is considered Key and the Essential nature of the position prohibits the position from being vacated during a national emergency or mobilization and cannot be filled by Ready Reservists or military retirees with recall obligations.
Under crisis operations, may be subject to short notice expanded hours and possible recall-to-duty situations and irregular work hours, including weekends and holidays. Overtime/shift work may be required.
All ARCYBER employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployment during crisis situations to perform mission essential function as determined by management.

Conducting operational and tactical level planning in support of cyberspace operations.
Assisting in the development of contingency and crisis plans, such as Operations Orders (OPORDs), Operations Plans (OPLANs), Warning Orders (WARNOs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
Collecting and analyzing information related to cyberspace operations, signal intelligence, and electronic warfare to identify intelligence gaps and advise on findings.
Education
