This job is with the
Information Services (IS) Division, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), U.S.
House of Representatives (House). The IS division procures, manages and
supports technology-related resources and projects for the Office of the SAA,
and collaborates with other House offices to ensure the security and efficiency
of SAA information systems.

Duties:
Typical duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Configures and deploys desktops computers, laptops, peripherals and
mobile devices
Creates and manages Active Directory user accounts and distribution
groups
Troubleshoots desktop and mobile device problems
Provides technical phone and desk-side support to end users
Supports disaster recovery and business continuity programs
Intimate working knowledge of desktop operating systems
