The ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences, prepare accurate reports and correspondence, deliver training, and effectively serve as a liaison to resolve operational issues.

Verbally briefing senior leadership and division chiefs on budget execution status, supply-chain vulnerabilities, and audit readiness, translating technical supply data and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable decision-points.
The ability to independently use applications like Word, Excel, and others to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and professional documents. Advanced skills for data analysis and creating charts are highly valued.
The ability to independently monitor expenditures, verify accounting reports, and play a significant role in developing and formulating budget requests. This includes providing insightful analysis and recommendations on budget execution.
Constructing and maintaining complex, multi-tab Excel spreadsheets utilizing advanced formulas to track, reconcile, and audit massive volumes of warehouse inventory, GFEBS procurement logs, and budget line-item expenditures.
Enforces contractor compliance with supply and logistics regulations.
Manage inventory housed in multiple warehouses, including requisitioning, inspecting, receiving, storing, issuing, and disposing of items.
Interpret and implement supply regulations, analyze and resolve complex supply transaction issues, and develop plans to address conflicting or insufficient data.
Incumbent must obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
Incumbent is required to obtain/maintain a government motor vehicle license.
This position requires the incumbent to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 5% of the time.
This position is designated Tier 3, Non-Critical Sensitive, Moderate Risk and requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a
Secret Security Clearance Level as a condition of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) Managing comprehensive inventory operations across multiple warehouse facilities; 2.) Enforces contractor compliance with supply and logistical regulations; and 3.) Independently interpreting policies to resolve non-standard supply transaction discrepancies.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (GS-09).
