Qualifications

In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Directly supporting Program Management Team (critical COR capacity), to manage full procurement and contract lifecycle, including developing statements of work (SOW), evaluating contractor performance, and implementing effective maintenance schedules for applicable training systems; 2) Providing critical technical oversight of cybersecurity sustainment activities to ensure ATO compliance. 3) Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of Integrated Product Team (IPT), responsible for strategic planning, reporting on & conducting system upgrades, managing budgets, and communicating complex technical risks; 4) Overseeing the lifecycle of complex training systems, including the integration of new capabilities, while ensuring strict compliance with security and safety protocols.
