  • Supervise work of subordinate employees and supervisors.
  • Keep higher level management and Director informed about project status and emerging issues through normal reporting.
  • Formulate short and long-range production requirements based on broad mission requirements.
  • Delegate and monitor tasks to complete project objectives.

  • Must be willing to travel (TDY) up to 20% of the time.
  • Must be willing to submit a Financial Disclosure (OGE Form 450) prior to employment and annually thereafter.
  • Must be willing to undergo a 1-year supervisory probationary period.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service performing the following duties: 1) providing oversight and guidance to a team of employees; 2) implementing corrective action for any discovered deficiencies; 3) developing and implementing resourceful solutions to accomplish mission-critical tasks within a rapidly changing work environment subject to shifting priorities, personnel fluctuations, and parts shortages; 4) Managing customer expectations by providing consistent, proactive updates on project progress, changes, and outcomes to ensure alignment with overarching mission objectives.
