  • Plan on a weekly, monthly or longer basis the overall use of personnel, equipment and other resources to accomplish work requirements.
  • Develop plans and monitor the status of the work in relation to the overall schedule requirements, including unanticipated or emergency requirements.
  • Adjust plans, assignments, and resources as necessary to maintain balance workloads and accomplish work as effectively and economically as feasible.
  • Investigate grievances and complaints, immediately determine root causes and collaborate with union representatives to settle labor disputes at the lowest level.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Production Machinery Mechanic Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common scheduled duties in overseeing workers involved in maintenance, repair, modification, and installation of industrial production equipment. I maintain production reports and update data in computer systems. I work under normal supervision who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
