Plan on a weekly, monthly or longer basis the overall use of personnel, equipment and other resources to accomplish work requirements.
Develop plans and monitor the status of the work in relation to the overall schedule requirements, including unanticipated or emergency requirements.
Adjust plans, assignments, and resources as necessary to maintain balance workloads and accomplish work as effectively and economically as feasible.
Investigate grievances and complaints, immediately determine root causes and collaborate with union representatives to settle labor disputes at the lowest level.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
