GS-14: Applicants applying for the Gs-14 must have 2.5 or more years post J.D. attorney experience.
GS-15: Applicants applying for the GS-15 must have 4 or more years of post J.D. attorney experience.

While not a mandatory requirement, a candidate with significant US government privacy experience, whether in law enforcement, the Intelligence Community, or other federal agencies, would be especially valuable and likely to succeed in the role.
