Duties

Help

As a PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-9, you will evaluates unit and organizational effectiveness. Collectively evaluates management effectiveness of property management functions and informing management of their programs. Applies statistical analysis techniques to measure progress, efficiency, and trends impacting the effectiveness of the organization to meet the organizational goals and objectives. Interprets a variety of requirements making independent judgments to determine organizational compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and practices.

  • Develops sampling plans and procedures for validating unit/activity accountability and inventory certifications
  • Develops and administers a system of reviews, management controls, evaluations, and checklists designed to ensure conformance with law and regulations
  • Coordinates and/or conducts management studies of organization, staffing, work measurement, methods, or procedures.
  • Applies statistical analysis techniques to measure progress, efficiency, and trends impacting the effectiveness of the organization to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Applies statistical analysis techniques to measure progress, efficiency, and trends impacting the effectiveness of the organization to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for on the spot corrective assistance and guidance to unit/activity personnel during the conduct of the evaluation/review.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance within 1(One) Year of appointment.
