Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Strategic Targeting Officer in the Department of the Navy of NCIS.

You will directs the overall CI Targeting Program, establishing the strategic goals, priorities, and major projects to be pursued.
You will plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
You will serve as the senior technical authority and final arbiter on the administration and execution of the CI Targeting Program, providing authoritative guidance on the most complex and controversial programmatic issues.
You develop and implement new policies and procedures for the program, ensuring the integration of the agency's strategic goals into the day-to-day management of targeting operations
You will represent DON/NCIS and the CI Targeting Program at the highest levels with senior officials within DON, of other federal agencies, foreign governments, and private industry.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates:
1. Mastery of counterintelligence (CI) targeting principles, program management expertise, and executive leadership.
2. This experience includes directing CI targeting operations, developing and implementing enterprise-level operational support programs, applying advanced analytical and targeting techniques.
3. Engaging in interagency negotiation and intelligence sharing to achieve mission objectives.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
