As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee Transmission initiatives under the Chief of Staff organization, working with Transmission managers across the business unit across Transmission, or other staff.
  • Consult with managers and SMEs to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Lead and facilitate project and initiative plan implementation and monitors achievement of objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between business units, corporate business partners, the Transmission Chief of Staff, Transmission Leadership team and staff involved in planning and executing projects.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for major projects and implementing standards, guidelines, or policies for program activities.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and targets are met. Monitors program projects, initiatives, activities, and resources to communicate issues and challenges to program and project managers.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Providing data assessment to leadership across Transmission, effective communication of project status and budget review that will contribute to determining the effectiveness of activities and operations as they relate to long-range planning and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support management including schedule coordination and time management.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations.
