Duties

Help
  • Plan weekly and monthly work schedules and operations for subordinates.
  • Modify work methods for effective and economical accomplishment.
  • Explain procedures and work requirements to subordinates.
  • Review accuracy of partially/fully completed work.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions of work related problems.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to supervise. I have the ability to perform common Manufacturing Supervisor duties such as: planning work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinate employees; considering skills, personnel, materials, and equipment required to complete assignments; establishing deadlines based on established policies; counseling employees on performance and problems. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

  • Working Conditions: Work is usually performed in a well-lighted, heated and ventilated area. However, you will be required to visit the manufacturing operations, where exposure to constant noise, coolants, solvents, oils, grease, operating machinery and moving vehicles are present.
