Duties

Help
  • You will oversee the negotiation and administration of Public-Private Venture (PPV) business agreements within the portfolio to ensure performance is executed in accordance with negotiated partnership terms.
  • You will evaluate PPV business agreements and LLC financial statements to determine the impact of portfolio decisions on the venture's overall performance (e.g., financial return, asset management, property management, and project sustainment).
  • You will direct programs and initiatives in support of family and unaccompanied housing PPV business partnerships, ensuring policies, procedures, and legislative actions align with the strategic execution of established portfolio goals.
  • You will manage the planning and structuring of special projects and PPV initiatives to ensure the optimal utilization of government equity and private capital in addressing housing and facility sustainment issues.
  • You will prepare and review required business case analyses, transaction documents, formulations, and presentations to facilitate the execution and long-term management of PPV business agreements.

  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
  • The incumbent must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license to travel to dispersed sites within the local commuting areas, to conduct studies at various locations, to pick up, transport and deliver mail, etc.).
  • The incumbent must obtain, maintain and use a Government travel card.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following1) Experience negotiating, executing, and managing high-value commercial ventures, commercial real estate portfolios, or large-scale privatization programs. 2) Applying commercial business and industry practices to oversee the financial performance, market analytics, and risk management of a complex portfolio of business agreements. AND 3)Serving as a senior technical authority, advising executive leadership on commercial business strategies, partnership viability, and resource management.
