Summary
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Budget Execution Division of the Resources Management Directorate of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES. Position performs Budget and Budget Execution/Reporting responsibilities.
You will manage domain civilian budgeting for end strength and full time equivalents, monthly reporting to Budget Submitting Office and NSA.
You will provide financial civilian labor guidance/directions to subordinate activities.
You will collect, review, interpret, generate evaluate and integrate financial data from multiple sources.
You will prepare new or revise previous analyses,, assessments,, or other products.
You will plan and carry out all assignments necessary to process all-source material and produce pertinent financial data in assigned areas to meet activity and service needs.
You will develop analytical tools and methodologies,, and analyze databases to draw specific conclusions.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

This is a Financial Management Level 02 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
