Collaborate on installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, software, and essential IT infrastructure.
Provide support in addressing a wide range of inquiries and technical issues.
Monitor system health and report any anomalies for evaluation and action.
Gather information and report findings about IT risk management insights. Gather information and report findings about current IT risk trends and regulatory shifts.

Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-12, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: experience managing domains, auditing user permissions across platforms, developing strategies for disaster recovery, offering technical support to users, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Experience in managing Windows and LINUX systems, managing virtual machines utilizing cloud virtual machines, VMWare or LPAR's. Azure Defender experience securing and protecting servers within a secure environment.
