We are currently filling two vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Position can be filled in any of the following locations: Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Lakewood, CO; Tacoma, WA;  San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX.

  • Serves as a website manager and is programmatically responsible and accountable for the proper functioning of GSA digital properties, ensuring compliance with GSA policy and Federal regulations, resulting in a successful customer experience.
  • Serves as an expert analyst and technical advisor for the assigned program area responsible for obtaining and/or identifying appropriate resources for program support.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and monitors program performance by appraising and evaluating progress. Design and conduct comprehensive management studies, initiatives, or data gathering efforts.
  • Consult with GSA management, DoD staff, and outside federal agency representatives, and serve as the GSA representative on interagency task forces and professional committees.
  • Responsible for identifying issues that affect program delivery and identifying actual or potential problem areas impacting Deliver.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $108, 001 per year.  

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:

  • Reviewing data analytics  to monitor the productivity of digital properties.
  • Compiling data to evaluate website performance.
  • Preparing reports on organizational trends to facilitate decision making on organizational programs.

How you will be evaluated

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

A panel of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will review the resumes of qualified candidates and assign a score for each of the five required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) based on the experience documented in the resume and narrative responses.

  1. Skill in website management to ensure compliance with policy and Federal regulations.
  2. Ability to plan, manage, and review supply operations administrative activities, and recommend innovations that impact critical agency systems or key industry components for approval by management.
  3. Knowledge of program analysis, management, and evaluation methodologies, including organizational theories and research principles for conducting extensive studies affecting agency operations.
  4. Skills in oral and written communications to effectively conduct briefings, provide concise written guidance and findings and conduct formal meetings.
  5. Knowledge of the supply operations administrative field to plan, manage, review and recommend to top management approval of innovations impacting critical agency systems or key components of the industry.

Demonstration of these KSAs must be supported by your resume. Applicants should also make note of each KSA, as you will be asked to address them later in the application process.
