You will routes desk journal incident reports to IS3 Site Manager for signature and ensures Legal Office and Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) office gets copies.
You will set up and schedules traffic violators for traffic court hearing. Assigns demerit points to traffic violations and inputs information into database.
You will receive visitors and telephone calls to the office, determine the nature of requests and direct callers to appropriate staff, or personally provides the information desired when routine or procedural matters of the office are involved.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintains files on physical security violations and verifies information retrieved from database to prepare letter citing type of physical security violation for Site Manager of IS3's signature; 2) Routes desk journal incident reports to IS3 Site Manager for signature and ensures Legal Office and Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) office gets copies; 3) Chronologically maintains subject files along with any respective communication logs retrieved from STARS database; 4) Sets up and schedules traffic violators for traffic court hearing. Assigns demerit points to traffic violations and inputs information into database; 5) Screens/researches security program database to determine nature of letter to be sent based on severity of traffic violation; 6) Receives incoming correspondence, screening material prior to distribution for suspense dates, establishing controls, and following up for supervisor; 7) Prepares and reviews correspondence for the supervisor.
