You will support the Access Control Supervisor in implementing the SWFLANT Access Control Program.
You will be responsible for the proper execution of the SWFLANT Entry Authorization List (EAL) Program.
You will create appropriate SOPs, training presentations, desk guides, and other required documentation for EAL and LA badge functions to ensure proper management of the EAL program.
You will conduct various internal audits and self-assessment of the EAL program.
You will validate access eligibility and approves visit requests and permanent badge applications for personnel requiring access to SWFLANT AOR.
You will create SOPs, training presentations, desk guides, and other required documentation to ensure proper swipe access system management.
You will maintain a good working relationship and liaisons with SUBASE, tenant command Security Managers, and personnel from various outside entities in order to ensure authorized access.
You will conduct various internal audits and self-assessment of the access control program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrates comprehensive Access Control expertise, to include processing and verifying badge applications, reviewing and approving Entry Authorization Lists (EALs), and conducting audits or monitoring activities to ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures.
