Identifies key partner stakeholders, engages in discussions with these stakeholders, and communicates Command and U.S. DoD positions.
Facilitates development, negotiation and internal staffing of formal planning agreements. Presents and discusses critical elements of proposed agreements for consideration/ endorsement by the Command management teams and other relevant authorities.
Leads investigation of strategic issues affecting all phases of cyberspace operations.
Assists and advises host nation partners in identifying and developing innovative practices to facilitate collaboration with U.S. DoD cyber forces.
Assesses and updates preparatory packages, both for USCYBERCOM and other USG partner visitors to the host nation, as well as for host nation senior leader visits to the Command.
Presents and discusses critical elements of proposed agreements for consideration/ endorsement by the Command management teams and other relevant authorities.
The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft.
The employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
The employee must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport./VISA
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
This position is a testing designated position (TDP) in accordance with (IAW) Drug Free Federal Workplace Program.
As a precondition and continuing condition of employment, the incumbent of this position must agree to submit urinalysis testing on a recurring basis.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: 1) Formulating joint agency cyberspace plans to guide collaborative operations with external partners; AND 2) Leading international partners in the analysis of cyberspace operation strategies to resolve operational or policy issues; AND 3) Advising international partners on policy interpretations to ensure consistency and resolve issues.
Education
