Duties

Help

Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of the FAM Camp Area. Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: front line customer service; schedules RV sites, picnic pavilions at Bethel and Eagle Parks, and primitive camp sites; checks guests in/out to include performing full range of cash management and accountability duties areas serviced.

Ensures guests contracts are complete and maintained IA W applicable rules and regulations, overseeing file maintenance for assigned area. Enforces park rules and operating instructions and assists guests with such, as needed, and reports issues to supervisor. Provides advice/assistance to guests in the form of local area referrals. Plans and conducts recreational activities for a wide customer base and markets them to FAMCamp and base population through various methods. May lead work of Recreation Aids.

Performs general housekeeping duties in work area; cleans, maintains and restocks bathrooms and FAMCamp area, ensuring that the area is neat and clean and in accordance with any rules and regulation set forth by the supervisor; inspects area for security and general
conditions and reports any unusual occurrences to supervisor.

Responsible for supply/inventory duties to maintain stock levels and maintain control of stock for assigned area. Calls in laundry equipment for service and repairs. Trains new personnel on duties
associated with FAMCamp operation. Drives government vehicle(s) in course of daily duties. Performs other related duties as

Qualifying Experience: Experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties shown above. Ability to plan and conduct
recreational programs. Familiarity with computers is required. Knowledge and familiarity in Recreational Vehicles (RVs) are highly desirable. Familiarity with the local area is also desirable. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must have the ability to
communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be available to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings,
weekends and holidays. Position requires a valid state driver's license.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required. "This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing/or drug use. Must be at least 18 years old.
