Responsible for development, review, and revisions of program of instruction (POI) that complement and enhance using units training programs as well as the overall Army Aviation Training Program.
Conduct instrument training, and instrument flight evaluation utilizing the UH-60 "Blackhawk" Flight Simulator.
Instruct/evaluate rated active military aviators to determine individual ability to perform duties as aviator, instructor or examiner from a crew station with access to the aircraft controls and IAW AR 95-1 and the specific air crew training manual

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes 1)develop effective training plans, 2) instruct and evaluate military personnel on individual ability as an aviator, 3) perform supervisor duties such as supervise, schedule planning, and performance management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS 11 or above.
