Qualifications
You may qualify at the NH04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 3 of the 5 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:
Directing the application of management principles, practices, methods, and techniques for a large, diverse organization.
Leading the development, implementation and administration of organizational policies and procedures.
Regulating the management of multi-faceted projects/programs and establish management priorities to improve operational efficiency.
Cultivating strategic partnerships, forging critical coalitions, driving executive-level engagements with General/Flag Officers (GO/FO), Senior Executive Service (SES) officials, or prominent civic/community leaders.
Strategic communicator, familiar with current communication means and establishing staff processes.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
