United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Provides technical assistance to managers concerning appropriated and non-appropriated fund budgeting.
Ensures the correct production of budgets and their execution including compliance with appropriate regulations, etc.
Reviews and analyzes financial reports to identify trends, working capital and the NAFI's financial position
Performs analyses of perform financial statements for proposed ventures; prepares/reviews return on investment schedules for capital projects; assists and guides managers deciding on capital reinvestments.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Work experience which includes:
1) interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems;
2) interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results; and
3) requiring the application of commercial budgeting techniques.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
1.Possess at least three (3) years of experience with DOD NAF MWR in field that requires financial knowledge.
2.Must have knowledge of AR215-1 or equivalent and internal controls.
3.Must have knowledge of NAF and APF (UFM - Uniform Funding Management) Funding.
4.Do you have proficiency in business intelligence tools?
