United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Responsible for overall management, leadership, and direction of fiscal resources, and policies and guidance of the established objectives of Business Operations and Community Recreation divisions of FMWR at Soto Cano, Honduras.
Delivery of business and recreation services including but not limited to food and beverage operation, fitness center, and equipment check out.
Abide by internal controls for cash handling and property accountability and operational/financial benchmarks.
Act as COR for AOR regarding base-ops contract and work with local nationals that augment FMWR services within MWR facilities.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

A one-year probationary period may be required.
Must be current Army NAF employee located CONUS.
Selectee's position at the losing agency must remain encumbered for the duration of the TCS.
Unaccompanied Temporary Change of Station (TCS) only.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
Three years of experience in Business and Recreation Programming
Three years of experience with NAF finances and its correlation to service delivery
