• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data environments including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures. • Develop normalized, dimensional, star, and snowflake models to support advanced analytics. • Build ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi‑structured datasets and implement automated data quality monitoring. • Develop and manage event‑driven and streaming data pipelines using modern orchestration frameworks. • Implement data governance, classification, retention, and stewardship practices aligned to federal standards. • Apply Zero Trust security principles and support ATO processes consistent with NIST SP 800‑53, FISMA, and FedRAMP.

Qualifications
CT-13: To qualify for the CT-13 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS/CT-12 level). Specialized experience is defined that through which one has gained experience: • Designing and implementing enterprise data architecture, pipelines, and modeling solutions • Applying federal data governance and security frameworks • Developing data integration and orchestration solutions • Supporting BI, analytics, and/or machine learning workflows • Applying DevOps practices to data engineering
