This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Employee shifts are rotated on a regularly scheduled basis.
This position requires the employee to use personal protective equipment provided by the employer.
Incumbent is is required to work in field and garrison locations during day and night and extreme weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, and wind.
Incumbent may need to travel to off post training areas. Some overnight travel may be required, normally not to exceed one week in duration.
Due to the nature of this position, employees are required to work both planned and unscheduled overtime.
RANGE SAFETY COURSE - Incumbent must obtain or have successfully completed the Inter Service Range Safety Course (Intermediate) within 6 months of appointment date.
