Help
  • Serves as a Team Supervisor in the Industrial Analysis Group within the Operational Analytics and Integration Center Enterprise Analytics and Modernization Directorate, Defense Contract Management Agency located in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Supports Department of War industrial capability analyses for major acquisition, logistics, readiness, and homeland defense programs.
  • Implements and executes the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Mission Assurance (MA) responsibilities to include identifying, prioritizing, assessing, managing, and monitoring DIB assets.
  • Manages team assignments to ensure the continuing ability of industry to support military acquisition programs.
  • Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to executive/management level representatives from the Military Services, DCMA, and other Government Agencies.

Qualifications

To qualify for an Industrial Analysis Support Supervisor position, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:

  • Supervising activities of a multi-functional team assigned to analyze and assess industrial and technological capabilities and financial viability of contractors.
  • Providing guidance and support to major weapons systems acquisition, logistics, readiness, and mission assurance programs.
  • Providing senior officials with essential industrial/contractor information in order to develop acquisition strategies and support other decisions for equipping war fighters with maximum combat capabilities.
  • Assessing industrial and technological capabilities and financial viability of industries supporting acquisition, logistics, readiness and homeland defense programs.
  • Providing direction, maintaining ethical standards, and leading teams in executing complex contract management and operational responsibilities in a high-accountability Department of War (DoW) environment.

Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
