Physical Effort: Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted and occasionally lifts or moves objects weighing over 40 pounds or more. Work involves virtually constant standing and walking, reaching and stooping, pushing and pulling, and bending.
Working Conditions: The kitchen is hot and noisy at times, and there is exposure to temperature extremes when entering walk-in refrigerator from the kitchen. There is exposure to steam, fumes, and cooking odors, and danger of falling on floors which has been freshly mopped or where food has been spilled. There is danger of bums from steam or hot foods, cuts from knives or machines. Work involves exposure to noise levels above 85db(A), requiring the use of hearing protective equipment.
