About the Position: Located at Dunham Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for the Family Member Travel Screening (FMTS) and Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).
This position has mandatory seasonal Influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal Influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).
Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact.
This position requires the incumbent to have Tuberculosis testing.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment.
This position has specific initial background investigation and periodic re-verification requirements since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age on a recurring basis.
This position has been designated Mission Essential. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations, the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Conducting screening methods in order to refer patients to family or community support programs; 2) providing guidance on enrollment into healthcare or travel programs; 3) Performing administrative duties utilizing automated systems; and 4) developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: business or public administration with course work in health care administration.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
