Utilizes automated staffing systems to manage new hire data, validate official onboarding documentation, and facilitate comprehensive data outputs in support of recruitment and staffing operations.
Serves as an in-house HR consultant, providing advisory services to hiring officials and management on complex personnel actions, staffing requirements, and compliance with Agency and OPM policy and regulatory requirements.
Plans, coordinates, and executes career and recruitment events on behalf of the Office of Talent Solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and managing all logistics from conception through completion.
Collaborates with subject matter experts and leadership to develop strategic plans supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development goals, while tracking key performance indicators and conducting post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Researches and analyzes employee records and HR systems to resolve complex staffing issues, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and employment program requirements.

Six (6) years comparable experience in federal human resources management, encompassing the utilization of automated staffing systems, administration of end-to-end onboarding programs, delivery of talent acquisition solutions, and demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and the application of innovative, analytical approaches to resolving complex HR challenges in dynamic organizational environments.
