Duties

Help
  • Integrates key components of the modernization of DCMA's contract administration mission within the functional areas of cost, schedule and performance.
  • Applies extensive knowledge of emerging digital technologies, including AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), secure cloud computing, and advanced data analytics, and their strategic application in modernizing complex business processes.
  • Ensures seamless interoperability, robust integration, and secure data exchange between new digital systems and existing DCMA enterprise architectures and legacy systems.
  • Evaluates and adapts advanced analytical techniques, statistical methods, and automated quality controls to improve reliability, integrity, and repeatability of digital products and data outputs.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Program Integrator (Data Analytics), your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:

  • Spearheading the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and machine learning (AI/ML).
  • Aggregating, analyzing, and developing Enterprise-level assessments of broad costs, schedules, and performance data.
  • Identifying, developing, and integrating advanced digital solutions and artificial intelligence capabilities into core contract administration processes and policies.

Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

  • Acquisition, Technology & Logistics(AT&L) NON-CAP: Position requires DoD Acquisition Engineering and Technology, Practitioner certification within required timeframes.
